Care instructions

This board is best suited to dry foods. Wet or oily foods may mark or darken the untreated surface over time. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after use. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.

To help nourish and protect the wood, apply a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil from time to time, especially when the board looks dry. Let it absorb, then wipe away any excess.
